AFSC’s After School Programme

124Our After School Programme (ASP) is an optional service offered to students with working parents or parents living abroad. Students that need further assistance with their studies may join ASP with their class teacher’s recommendation as well.
The ASP Day (2:30 p.m to 7:00 p.m)
The ASP programme is designed to improve academic performance and give our students a safe area to study and play if they cannot go home straight after normal school hours because of family circumstances. From 2:30 p.m to 3:30 p.m, ASP students have a snack and take a nap before getting involved in supplementary classes that cover subject material covered during the school day and complete any homework. A dedicated team of teachers look after students in small groups. After the designated classroom time, students then play outside and have some snacks before ASP concludes at 7:00 p.m.
